Yes, we do. If you need to accommodate your staff frequently or if you need flats in different cities, we can offer individual agreements for companies. Registered companies can very easily and quickly start a new flathunt, for instance. Please get in touch with us!
2. Can I book a flat without viewing it?
Yes, that's possible. Please check the photographs thoroughly before making a decision. In fact, there are a lot of flats with videos that can help to get a good impression. Our staff can advice you properly for they know the flats in detail.
3. How can I view a flat?
Please tell us which flats you would like to view and when you are free for viewings. We will schedule appointments accordingly.
4. What is a flat equipped like?
All our properties are completely equipped and come with furniture and a completely equipped kitchen. In general, bedding, linen and towels are included, too. Most of our flats offer a TV, a washing machine and internet. Please check the description for the details.
5. Which utility bills are included in the rent?
The indicated monthly rent usually includes all utility bills. In some cases, the rent does not include all bills. This could be the electric bill or internet, for instance. It would be said in a flat's description.
6. Does every property offer internet?
No, not every property comes with internet.
7. Is the cleaning included?
In general, a tenant is supposed to clean their flats regularly and to keep it clean and tidy during their renting period. When they move out, they have to hand the flat back in a good, clean and tidy condition. If a professional cleaning service is inevitable, we can arrange that. The costs for a cleaning are not included in the rent. Some flats require a final cleaning which is to pay by the tenant. Please inform you employee about all this.
